Sublimation transfers

For years, sublimation printing has been a fixed value in polyester material printing, with an extensive application field in the manufacture of sportswear, carpets, banners, fashion, promotional textile, etc.
This procedure offers an unprecedented liberty in creation but also a thorough know-how to obtain a good final result.

For rather large to large numbers of print runs (from 200 to 10,000 and more), this is still the most reliable, flexible, quickest and cheapest solution.
As worldwide number 1 with more than 25 years of experience, we guarantee an impeccable quality and ultrashort terms of delivery.

For smaller numbers of print runs or samples, we print digitally.

If price is important

Do you print digitally yourself? Then you will know that in case of digital printing the price per item is a constant, also in case of larger volumes.
Your competitors also know that!
As far as sublimation transfers in silk-screen printing is concerned, prices per sheet drop significantly if volume increases.
Ara offers you the ideal product mix: we tune our colours to your digital colour palette.
This enables you to offer sharper prices for larger volumes, while you take care of back orders digitally. By doing so you keep the capacity of your printers available for what they have been made for: small volumes.
In addition, silk-screen printed sublimation paper guarantees a smooth and stable production because of its high adhesive strength and colour stability.

How to place an order?

Before we can start executing an order, we need you to hand over the patterns in the largest size, as well as in the smallest, the artwork in a digital file and the colours.

Our standard paper sizes are 125 x 86, 130 x 95, 140 x 104, 155 x 105.5, 165 x 105, 170 x 125, 180 x 130, 180 x 140 cm.
If so required, we look for the most sparing layout, taking into account the size of your transfer press. If you should so desire, we cut the paper after printing.

For precise colour setting purposes, we would like to receive the blank fabric.
We can produce any possible colour on demand (whether it is a Pantone colour or a digital or coloured swatch) and submit these colours to you first for approval.

Before starting the printing, we send you the ready-made layout by e-mail for checking.
